Job description

Senior Electronics Engineer needed for a tight-knit R+D company in Somerset. You'll work on a range of low-current, high-voltage power electronic systems (up to 30,000v), taking them through the full product development life-cycle, and working with some of the biggest names in their industry.

What we're looking for:

5 years+ experience of electronics design/development in a relevant industry
Power electronics, AC-DC and DC-DC switching converter design
Analogue circuit design, including interfacing with DACs and ADCs
Schematic Capture and PCB design using Altium (or similar)
Ability to manage own work and supervision of other engineers within multidisciplinary development team
Knowledge of design for EMC at both PCB level and electrical product level.

Desirable:
High-voltage electronics
Embedded software development (bare-metal, C)
FPGA programming (VHDL)
