Job summary

Teleplan Forsberg Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of advanced electronic systems. You will blend hands-on engineering with technical leadership to shape products from concept through to deployment and ongoing support.

You will mentor engineers, influence technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience developing electronic hardware and systems.
• Ability to lead technical activities and mentor others.
• Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments.
• Exposure to embedded systems, RF, and related disciplines.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product improvement or customer-focused engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, development and verification of electronic systems and products.

• Supporting design reviews, validation activities and technical decision-making.
• Planning and coordinating technical work packages for project delivery.

• Theability to lead technical activities and collaborate effectively with others,whether through project leadership, mentoring or cross-functional working.
• Experienceworking within regulated or quality-focused engineering environments.
• Exposureto technologies such as embedded systems, RF, communications, FPGA or relatedelectronic disciplines.
• Experiencesupporting manufacturing, product improvement or customer-focused engineeringactivities.
