Senior Electronics Engineer

A well-established UK designer and manufacture of custom electronics have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join them at their offices in Chester.

Key Skills: Senior Electronics Engineer, microprocessors. Preferably ARM and X86, i.MX6/8, Intel Atom, AMD, PCIe 4.0, HDMI 2.0

Location: Chester, CH1 3NS

Salary: Circa £70,000

As Senior Electronics Engineer you will complement the development team with the following skills:

* Experience of Analogue and Digital Hardware design.
* Experience designing with microprocessors. Preferably ARM and X86. E.g. i.MX6/8, Intel Atom, AMD
* Design for EMC and CE certification.
* Design and layout of high-speed interfaces. E.g., PCIe 4.0, HDMI 2.0
* Power supply design
* Altium Designer

Experience of designing with microprocessors is ESSENTIAL.

As Senior Electronics Engineer you will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Electronics Engineer. This role IS NOT suitable for a recent graduate.

It is essential that you have a UK passport or work visa and have excellent communication skills.
