Job summary

TTP plc is seeking an experienced Electronics Architect/Consultant to lead the design, verification and transfer of complex electronic systems for surgical technology applications. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver robust products in regulated environments.

The role demands deep electronics expertise, strong consultancy skills, and the ability to navigate from concept through to market readiness. Travel to client sites will be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in electronic engineering within product development, ideally in medical devices or regulated sectors.
  • Ability to design complex electronics schematics and PCB layouts for analogue, digital and power circuitry in embedded systems.
  • Proven track record taking concepts through development and transfer to manufacture.
  • Strong project management including requirements, planning and milestones.
  • Commercial acumen with focus on manufacturability, cost and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electronics activity across the full product lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
  • Translate clinical and user needs into engineering requirements and viable solutions.
  • Lead projects or workstreams within larger programmes, owning electronics work packages.
