Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking a Senior Electronic Power Supply Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced power supply solutions from concept to production in a hybrid, permanent role. You will guide technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams and own projects throughout the lifecycle.

You should bring extensive experience in power electronics, SMPS topology selection, magnetics design and rigorous validation in harsh EMC environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in power supply design and development.
• Strong knowledge of SMPS topologies, circuit design and component selection.
• Expertise in magnetics design and PCB layout review.
• Experience designing products for challenging EMC and environmental requirements.
• Proven hands-on debugging, validation and fault-finding capability.
• Ability to produce and review technical documentation and work to recognized industry standards.

• Lead power supply design projects from concept through to production.

The Role

As a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer, you will lead the design and development of advanced power supply solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, manufacturing, test, and purchasing functions. You'll play a key role in technical decision-making, customer engagement, and the successful delivery of projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.
