Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer for a senior, autonomous role in a well-established R&D team. You will design and develop electronic circuitry and firmware for portable equipment, including redesigns for annual launches.

The role emphasizes hands-on, analogue and digital design with ARM STM32 firmware and PCB work. Experience in high voltage technology and EV/BMS domains is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experienced Electronic Design Engineer with hands-on analogue and digital design experience.
• Exposure to high voltage technology and safety standards is advantageous.
• Knowledge of embedded firmware design for ARM-based microcontrollers (STM32) and proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium/LTSpice).
• Inverter development or EV BMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuitry and firmware for portable/electrical equipment.
• Redesign existing products for annual launches.
• Maintain product line, address component obsolescence and standards changes.
