Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering.
• Over 10 years in design with principal level experience.
• Electromechanical product experience including electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Act as technical lead for mechanical engineering on projects and major work packages.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to deliver manufacturable and cost-effective solutions.
• Own complex mechanical problem solving and risk identification through design reviews and gated development.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods.
