Job summary

Connected Kerb Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our Operations team in the UK. You will oversee electrical installations, inspections, and regulatory compliance across our charging infrastructure network.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and technical oversight, working with field engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with highway, commercial and domestic sector experience.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification and 18th Edition.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection certification or equivalent; EV qualifications preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
• Full clean UK driving licence; ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical supervision and technical oversight to field engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee electrical activities across delivery and operations, including maintenance.
• Verify work adheres to BS 7671, Health & Safety laws, and company standards.
• Review and approve EICs, EICRs, and Minor Works Certificates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Offer technical electrical support to clients, contractors, and teams.
• Deliver training and mentoring to engineers to promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance for safe, compliant installations.
• Support commissioning and provide remote technical assistance to CK systems.
• Investigate electrical issues and guide field teams to resolution.
