Job summary

DT Source Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager to lead electrical delivery on major data centre projects from installation through commissioning and handover. You will oversee multiple work fronts, coordinate teams and ensure safe, on-time execution to high standards.

You will report to the Project Manager, supervise subcontractors, manage RAMS and permits, and support testing, commissioning and project handover activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• ECS Gold Card or ECS Manager Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or similar on large projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day electrical construction activities.
• Supervise electrical operatives, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and per programme.
• Monitor installation progress and report milestones.
• Oversee LV/HV systems, UPS, generators and switchgear.
• Promote health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Liaise with project management, commissioning and commercial teams.
• Maintain site records and progress reporting.
