Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects, manage staff, and drive business growth. The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and experience in electrical estimating.

The candidate will coordinate with Purchasing, participate in planning and staffing, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations while fostering a culture of care and accountability across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years in the electrical trade with 1 year estimating experience.

Responsibilities

Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
Identifies and generates new business; networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
Oversees electrical construction projects ensuring safety, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, Project Manager, Sales).
Participates in performance reviews for field leadership in collaboration with Workforce Manager.
Supports recruiting and employee relations with Talent Team.
Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
Ensures timely and fair performance evaluations.
