Job summary

DT Source Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical and MEP packages for data centre projects in Camberley. The role covers pre-construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced builds.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical systems knowledge, experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages, and excellent communication skills to drive delivery on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or MEP Project Manager.
• Experience delivering building services projects.
• Data centre/critical infrastructure project experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and MEP installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of electrical and MEP packages from inception through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams.
• Manage project planning, sequencing and progress reporting.
• Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.
• Chair and attend client, subcontractor and coordination meetings.
• Oversee procurement schedules and material management.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Produce progress reports, look-aheads and commercial updates.
• Support commissioning activities, snagging and final handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
