OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer for our client located in Buxton. This is a home-based role with travel required when necessary. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer eager to develop their skills and career in Electrical Engineering. This role offers the chance to work with Electrical Engineers and commercial developers on HV/LV and process control projects in a growing sector.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement power generation solutions.

3. Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and oversee project delivery.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
5. Perform system modelling, simulation, and optimization.
6. Develop control strategies ensuring safety and reliability.
7. Support project development activities, including site visits and technical reporting.
8. Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
9. Maintain industry relationships and stay updated with technological advances.
