Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited on behalf of a major UK maintenance contractor is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You will complete PPM and reactive maintenance across building assets, ensuring equipment availability and fault repairs.

Working hours are 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday, 4 days on 4 off. Applicants should have City & Guilds NVQ 1&2 and 17th/18th Edition, with a salary up to £41,000 and a fully expensed company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical/electrical services in commercial environments.
• Fault finding and repairs to standard installations.
• Experience in scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on site assets.
• Perform operational checks and first line repairs of building systems.
• Identify and estimate repair or project works and complete as delegated.
• Work Monday to Friday 7am–7pm, 4 days on 4 off.
