Working Pattern: Long term contract / Full Time

As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Execute and deliver engineering and design of technical projects.
• Provide progress reports on deliverables and plan attainment.
• Promote and contribute to regular team communications to foster good working relationships.
• Ensure all engineering complies with industry legislation, codes, standards, and PD&MS’s processes and procedures.
• Have experience and knowledge of industrial hazardous and non-hazardous areas electrical distribution and utility systems, including management of change processes in brownfield modifications and new build environments.
• Collaborate across all business units to deliver optimal results for the group.

About You

You’ll have experience in:

• EPC, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
• Executing and delivering engineering and design of technical projects.
• Industry-specific systems, their design, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• An engineering degree relevant to the discipline or relevant engineering experience.
• Ideally chartered or actively working towards chartered status.
• Proven people management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrable accountability in previous roles and responsibilities.
• Commitment to personal development aligned with project demands.
• Ability to manage discipline KPI delivery routinely.
• Responsible for mentoring and guiding team members collaboratively.
