Job summary

A specialist vehicle conversion company in Cheshire is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager for a senior leadership role. You will lead the Electrical Engineering team, oversee the design and installation of complex vehicle electrical systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and proven leadership in manufacturing. This role is entirely on-site, offering an opportunity to shape and influence engineering processes in a growing, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
• Proven leadership experience within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong LV electrical systems background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering and Technician teams.
• Oversee design, development and installation of vehicle electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and relevant industry standards.
