Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design work for water and wastewater projects across the UK. The role supports AMP8 PMs, manages feasibility through commissioning, and interfaces with clients and suppliers.

You will mentor graduates and engineers, ensure compliance with water industry standards, and travel to project sites across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status or equivalent.
• Significant electrical engineering experience in UK water sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical designs for water/wastewater projects.
• Work with MCCs, LV distribution, cabling, instrumentation, PLCs and SCADA.
• Produce and review technical specifications and procurement schedules.
• Review supplier tender bids and technical submissions.
• Supervise and mentor Graduates and Engineers.
