Job summary

Brellis Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturer recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer near Coventry to lead a small development team focused on sensor and electronics design for heavy vehicle and industrial environments.

The role covers architecture, signal conditioning and production launch, with a strong emphasis on analogue/mixed‑signal design and embedded firmware (C/C++, CAN/LIN). Relocation assistance is available and the package is competitive.

Qualifications

Experience leading small development teams in electronics projects.
Strong analogue and mixed-signal circuit design expertise.
Embedded firmware development in C/C++ with CAN/LIN.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and inspire a small team of development engineers.
Contribute to architecture and development of next‑gen liquid level sensing systems.
Support electronics design across the product lifecycle from architecture to production launch.
Deliver high‑performance designs for extreme environments.
Drive development execution with engineering rigour across all phases.
Adhere to automotive‑grade processes including APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, DV/PV and IATF 16949.
