Familiarity with domestic fire alarm systems and their certification is also required.
The contract involves delivering a large Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reporting program, completing and certifying remedial works, and handling Domestic Fire Alarm Installation & Servicing works. Experience working with external contractors and producing reports for meetings is necessary. Candidates should ideally have experience in a social housing environment and understand its challenges.
The role is primarily office-based, involving reviewing certifications for compliance, conducting site visits to properties, quality control checks, and liaising with external stakeholders. Some remote work may be available after a probation period, depending on working patterns.
