Job summary

Mantis Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical building services design for domestic, commercial and public sector projects. You will own the design delivery, provide technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative consultancy.

You will drive design through RIBA stages 1-6, work with clients and project teams, and contribute to low-energy building initiatives aligned with UK Net Zero targets. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Chartered Electrical Engineer status preferred.
• Member of IET or CIBSE or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Building Services design across domestic, commercial, and public sector projects.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Deliver calculations, drawings, and reports through RIBA stages 1-6.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
