You will step away from hands-on tool duties and focus on strategic electrical leadership within a global business, working on modern machinery in a stable, long-term role with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer with design or hands-on background.
• Looking to step off tools and take a leadership role.
• Commutable to Croydon and able to work Monday–Friday in Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from initial design through to commissioning.
• Provide technical support to engineers in the workshop and on site.
• Lead and develop the electrical team; hands-on engineering when required.
• Work in a Monday–Friday days-based office/manufacturing environment.
