Rise Technical is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Croydon (Greater London) to shift from hands-on work into a leadership, project-focused role. You will supervise the electrical team, support engineers in both workshop and field settings, and oversee projects from design through commissioning in a global manufacturing context.

The ideal candidate has an electrical design or practical background and is eager to progress technically and strategically within the company.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer with design or hands-on background.

• Able to commute to Croydon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Electrical team and lead hands-on engineering activities.
• Provide technical support to engineers in workshop and field.
• Manage projects from initial design through to commissioning.
• Collaborate with production and design offices in a manufacturing environment.
