Job summary

Arup is seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our MEICA team, contributing to projects across the UK in Energy, Water and Resources. You will apply your expertise in electrical and control systems design while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that meet quality, programme and budget requirements.

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical design within Energy, Water, or Resources sectors.
Ability to produce and interpret detailed design documentation and drawings.
Experience with relevant design tools and software (e.g. Trimble and other industry-standard systems).
Understanding of Electrical and/or Control Systems engineering, with specialist knowledge in at least one area.
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and strong knowledge of CDM regulations.
Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline; professional registration (IEng/CEng).
Eligible UK Driving license is preferred, along with holding or being eligible to gain security clearance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Contribute to winning and delivering projects across the UK in Energy, Water and Resources.
Provide guidance on electrical and control systems design across a varied portfolio of projects.
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions while delivering to quality, programme and budget requirements.
