Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead nuclear electrical design substantiation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams. You will chair safety and design review meetings and drive design transitions from concept to detailed design.

You'll apply ALARP assessments, safety case development, and QA processes while interfacing with regulators and grid operators to ensure adherence to UK standards and 50/60 Hz challenges.

Qualifications

• Expertise in nuclear electrical design within UK GDA/licensing contexts.
• Experience in safety, security and environmental substantiation of electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of safety case development, ALARP assessments and graded QA.
• Familiar with 50Hz/60Hz design challenges, grid code compliance and equipment qualification.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards and international regulations.
• Proven leadership liaising with regulators and chairing high-level meetings.
