Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team working on water treatment projects within the UK water market. You will contribute to projects that impact our environment and communities, focusing on electrical design, project delivery, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review electrical engineering designs for water treatment equipment, including Motor Control Centres, LV distribution systems, Cabling, Instrumentation, Industrial Networks, PLCs, and SCADA systems, covering both new and legacy systems.
2. Produce and review technical specifications and procurement schedules, evaluate supplier tender bids and technical submissions.
3. Supervise and mentor Graduates and Engineers, supporting their professional development.
4. Apply and contribute to design standards, with a good understanding of Client and WIMES standards.
5. Engage positively with clients, build relationships, and support project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Chartered or incorporated member of a professional institution (e.g., ICE, IMechE) or equivalent experience.
3. Proven experience delivering high-quality outputs adhering to design, quality, and safety standards.
4. Water industry experience is essential.
5. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the operational region.
