Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver aircraft electrical systems design and integration, from concept to test, with a focus on low and high voltage systems.
- Support test asset development and provide electrical troubleshooting on aircraft systems using diagnostic tools.
- Drive the creation of internal design standards for novel propulsion systems, including Hydrogen Fuel Supplies and Fuel Cell Powertrains.
- Conduct and support ARP4754B / ARP4761-based safety assessments, validation activities, and system-level analyses.
- Prepare and maintain schematics, diagrams, drawings, and supporting documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver modifications, repairs, and EWIS development in alignment with certification requirements.

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5+ years in aerospace electrical engineering, with experience in aircraft modifications and electrical installations.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Capital Systems, and Teamcenter.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems architecture, wiring standards, and EWIS design.
- Experience preparing technical documentation including System & Equipment Description Reports.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ARP4754B, ARP4761, and DO-160.
Desirable
- Experience with hydrogen systems, fuel cell technology, or hybrid-electric propulsion is highly advantageous.
- Background in developing internal engineering processes or ways of working for emerging technologies.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in R&D and certification-driven environments.
