Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems
• Produce sustainable and energy-efficient electrical engineering designs
• Utilize design tools such as Amtech, Dialux, and AutoCAD/Revit
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections
• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, from concept to completion
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from multiple disciplines
• Stay informed about current building regulations, technologies, and sustainable design practices
• Work toward professional chartership with support from accredited development programs (e.g., CIBSE, IET)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)
• Experience working within a building services consultancy or related environment
• Knowledge and application of electrical design software (Amtech, Dialux, etc.)
• Proven ability to deliver low-energy and sustainable solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passion for sustainability and innovative building design
