Senior / Principal Electrical Design Engineers (Building Services)
RPS is currently seeking Senior or Principal level Electrical Design Engineers (Building Services) to join our offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, or Newcastle on a hybrid basis.
About The Design Business: RPS Design Division delivers projects across various sectors, focusing on sustainability, materiality, cost, and constructability. Digitalisation is central to our delivery, enabling clients to experience designs from project concept through detailed drawings, supported by expertise across industries and disciplines.
What you’ll be doing:
For Senior Electrical Engineers: Focus on electrical design including surveys, drawings, and specifications.
For Principal Electrical Engineers: Assist in survey, design, and contract administration, and contribute to business development.
Who we’re looking for: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, experience aligned with IET or CIBSE standards, and skills in electrical system design from concept to detailed design, including low voltage distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarms, ICT cabling, and software proficiency.
