Ce rôle initialement basé au bureau deviendra hybride et implique des projets variés dans des secteurs tels que la santé, l'éducation et le commerce. Le candidat idéal doit posséder des compétences en direction d'équipe et en logiciels de conception.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en conception.
• Expérience en services de bâtiment en tant que consultant ou entrepreneur.
• Capacité à diriger et coordonner une équipe.

Responsibilities

• Conception électrique pour divers projets dont résidentiels et commerciaux.
• Coordination et leadership au sein de l'équipe de conception.
• Travail avec des outils comme AutoCAD, Revit et Navisworks.

Contract Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services/MEP

Office Based Initially, then hybrid

A large, multidisciplinary consultancy is currently looking to recruit a contract Senior Electrical Design Engineer, ideally with a minimum of 8 years design experience. This role is based in their Eastleigh office.

About the role:

• Projects - Spread across Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Banking & Finance, and Healthcare

Requirements:

• Experience working across multiple sectors
• Experience working for a building services consultancy/contractor
• Experience leading/coordinating a team
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks

On offer is an excellent contract rate of between £44 - £46p/h for the successful applicant. This is an Outside IR35 assignment.
