Senior Electrical Engineer - To £75K + 2 x Annual Bonus Payments

This design-led, D&B contactor specializes in complex refurbishments of Lab, Life Sciences, and Commercial projects in London and the Southeast.

Established over 30 years ago, with a turnover of around £10M, their in-house design team is thriving. Led by an ambitious, Chartered Engineer, they seek a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. Instead of slow-moving, large projects, you'll work on fast-track projects valued between £1M and £5M, completed within 6-12 months.

You will also develop skills in HVAC, participating in the full project lifecycle to become a technically robust and commercially aware engineer.

Their business emphasizes delivery and trust. You need only attend their Hertfordshire office once a week; remote work is supported to maximize your productivity.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across electrical and mechanical services design and installation.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a building services or electrical design engineer
• Good time management skills, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Full UK working rights; sponsorship not available
• Experience in seeing projects through concept, construction, and handover
• Familiarity with CIBSE rules of thumb, British Standards, and BCO guidelines
• Full UK Driving License is advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in Relux, AutoCAD, and Trimble ProDesign (Amtech)
