Job summary
Calibre Search is assisting a globally recognised engineering consultancy in Sheffield to appoint an Electrical Building Services Engineer. The role covers feasibility through to detailed design across commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors, with a focus on sustainable solutions and Net Zero carbon.
You will collaborate with architects and engineers on high-profile projects and contribute to digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Electrical Services Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartership.
- Experience leading electrical building services design across a range of project scales.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience using electrical design software; Revit is advantageous.
- Mentor or develop junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical building services designs from feasibility to detailed design.
- Lead design responsibilities on projects and ensure technical quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other specialists for sustainable solutions.
- Support digital innovation, automation and integrated design approaches.
