Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer - £60K-£80K

Location: Watford

Platform has partnered with an established, leading Building Services Company who create innovative building solutions and have won international awards for leading projects in relation to renewable and low-carbon building projects. They are looking to increase headcount and bring on a creative Electrical Engineer!

Main Duties:

1. Handle projects from their conception to the design and commissioning.
2. Provide lighting calculations, cable calculations, and conceptual development.
3. Work on projects across the Residential, Commercial, Public Health, and Mixed-Use sectors.
4. Liase with key stakeholders, clients, contractors, and structural engineers within project lifecycles.

1. Degree qualified in electrical engineering.
2. British Building Services Experience.
3. Experience with design software such as Revit, Amtech, Dialux/Relux, and BREEAM.
4. Experience within Residential, Mixed-Use, Education, Public Health, and Leisure sectors.

1. The salary is flexible depending on experience.
2. This role is based in and around Watford.
