Job summary

2Excel Geo in Doncaster is seeking a Compliance Verification Engineer (Electrical/Avionics) for a permanent position. The role involves technical checking of design and certification data related to Electrical and Avionics systems, as well as leadership of design engineers. The candidate must have significant knowledge of aircraft Electrical and Avionic Systems, and experience with compliance verification processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of specialist areas; aircraft Electrical Systems and/or Avionic Systems.
• Detailed knowledge of Part 21, CS/FAR 23 and 25.
• Experience of design and integration of complex projects on aircraft under civil or military airworthiness regulations.
• Ability to compile, technically check and verify compliance of certification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance verification and technical checking of design and certification data.
• Support design changes and installations.
• Manage, lead, and coordinate design and certification engineers and projects.

Skills

Knowledge of aircraft Electrical Systems

Knowledge of Avionic Systems

Understanding of Part 21, CS/FAR 23 and 25
