Your Role : Engineering Leadership at Its Finest

Based in Mulgrave, Victoria , you will hold full design authority for electrical and instrumentation (E&I) engineering across manufacturing, process automation, and data centre solutions . As a key technical leader, you will :

• Define and manage ATS E&I design standards to align with client and regulatory requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, drafting, and installation.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop efficient design strategies and execution plans.
• Engage directly with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Supervise regional contractors , ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness .
• Mentor and upskill engineers , shaping the next generation of talent in the field.
• Support business development and tenders , demonstrating ATS Global’s technical superiority.

Your Credentials : A Legacy of Engineering Excellence

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with Honours.
• BLA Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer in Victoria.
• VBA Endorsement to practice in the building industry in Victoria.
• No pending circumstances affecting compliance under the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 (Victoria) .
• 20+ years of experience in project-based electrical engineering.
• 10+ years leading engineering teams , fostering technical excellence.
• 5+ years in data centres or high-compliance industries (oil & gas, pharma, medical devices, water, etc.).
