Zusammenfassung

Leggett & Platt is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist to strengthen EHS performance across its European operations, reporting to the Regional EHS Manager. You will work with site leaders to enforce compliance, reduce risk, and implement practical EHS solutions across Europe.

The role requires strong EU OSH knowledge, incident investigation experience, and the ability to work independently while escalating high‑risk issues when needed. Travel across Europe is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of EU OSH requirements and country regulations.
• NEBOSH or NVQ Level 5/6 preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

Aufgaben

• Support regional EHS plans aligned with corporate goals across Europe.
• Assist incident investigations and root-cause analysis with site teams.
• Monitor compliance with EU and country EHS requirements.
• Provide guidance on environmental and safety program implementation.
• Lead or support regional EHS audits and program improvements.
• Partner with site leadership to drive risk reduction.
