Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist within our EHSteam to support the UK Spring business.

Reporting to the Regional EHS Manager, you will partner with site leadership to improve compliance, reduce risk, and promote practical EHS solutions across Europe. You will lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, waste management, and safety culture. The role requires 5–7 years of EHS experience, NEBOSH or NVQ Level 5/6, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience.
• In-depth knowledge of EU OSH requirements and national regulations.
• NEBOSH or NVQ Level 5/6 preferred; equivalent qualifications considered.
• Ability to travel regularly within Europe.
