We support flexible and hybrid working arrangements, and candidates can be located anywhere in the UK near our offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Exeter, Southampton, Chester, Chippenham, and Edinburgh.

Your Role

As a Senior EHS Due Diligence Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering environmental due diligence and strategic advisory projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental due diligence across various sectors and a good understanding of the process and drivers involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting environmental due diligence projects, including data review, site visits, and reporting.
  • Assessing environmental risks and opportunities, communicating findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Preparing concise environmental due diligence reports.
  • Participating in client calls to understand transaction specifics.
  • Staying updated on UK and European environmental regulations.
  • Collaborating with international teams to enhance your expertise and project scope.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in environmental due diligence across sectors, including data review, site visits, and reporting.
  • Understanding of due diligence concepts, including differences between seller and purchaser approaches.
  • Ability to analyze environmental data and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of UK and European environmental legal frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in project management or supporting project delivery.
