  • We are looking for an excellent practitioner to Lead our pastoral care and behaviour management, closely working with the Inclusion Lead.We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience of working with challenging children with complex SEMH needs.
  • Is confident at dealing with safeguarding cases, attending meetings as required, acting as a DSL.
  • Able to co-ordinate specific behaviour strategies for individual pupils and write Individual Education Plans and Pastoral Support Plans when needed.
  • Work in co-operation with outside agencies that may offer help and support to pupils with welfare or academic concerns and to record any direct involvement with these agencies.
  • Is trained in Teach Teach or willing to be trained.
  • Is willing to undertake any training required including first aid.
  • Can interpret and analyse data
  • Able to coach staff in engaging pupils at break times
  • Is caring and patient;
  • Can make good relationships with children, parents and staff;
  • Is an excellent communicator;
  • Is motivated, enthusiastic and passionate;
  • Can work effectively as part of a team;
  • Is flexible and can think on their feet.
