BCP Council in Bournemouth is seeking a Senior Educational Psychologist to lead the Educational Psychology Team and help shape innovative service delivery for children with SEND.
The role sits at Soulbury B 4-7 pay with progression and up to 3 SPA points where applicable, offering impact across schools and settings while driving strategic, systemic improvements.
£61,721 - £66,156 Soulbury B 4-7 pay rate plus up to 3 SPA points if applicable

Internal colleagues are also normally appointed at the bottom of the band, unless moving within the same profession and skill level, where the pay band is the same they can be appointed to the existing pay point.

You will work closely with other colleagues and our Principal Educational Psychologist.
