Job Description:

We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established team in our Cheshire Office. The salary is up to 40K per annum.

*REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN THE EDUCATION RECRUITMENT SECTOR*

You will join a well-established office where the team has built long-standing relationships with hundreds of schools in the area. The team prides itself on nurturing these relationships with both candidates and clients to deliver excellent service. Your new role:

This position will start with a cold desk, so it will be heavily based on Business Development initially.

  • Interviewing candidates for registrations
  • Developing and managing client and candidate relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Growing your portfolio of schools through business development calls and client meetings
  • Identifying and securing job opportunities
  • Attracting candidates and successfully placing them to meet client requirements, achieving revenue goals

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with one day a week from home and one day out on client meetings. Reduced hours during holidays (7am - 12:30pm).

Requirements:
  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Own a full UK driver's license
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Confident in speaking with candidates and clients
