We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established team in our client's Cheshire Office. UP TO 40K PER ANNUM

REQUIREMENT: Experience in the education recruitment sector.

This is a rewarding role as you will be working with schools to find the right teachers to support children in achieving their goals. You will join a well-established office where the team has built long-standing relationships with hundreds of local schools. The team prides itself on nurturing relationships with candidates and clients to deliver excellent service. Your New Role
  • This position will start with a cold desk, so it will be heavily based on business development initially.
  • Interviewing candidates for registrations.
  • Developing and managing client and candidate relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Growing your portfolio of schools through business development calls and client meetings.
  • Identifying and securing job opportunities.
  • Attracting candidates and placing them in roles to meet client requirements, achieving revenue targets.
