Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an Education Lead to steer the Families First programme, delivering a whole-family, strengths-based approach where education sits at the heart of service delivery.

You will lead a team of 4 Education Progress Co-ordinators, influence strategy across attendance, inclusion and safeguarding, and drive multi-agency collaboration for better outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Proven strategic leadership experience within education, children’s services or local government.
• Strong understanding of attendance, inclusion, SEND and safeguarding frameworks.
• Experience managing teams and delivering outcomes through multi-agency partnerships.
• Ability to use performance data to drive service improvement and inform decision-making.
• Experience contributing to governance, inspection, audit activity and strategic planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, delivery and review of the Families First education strategy.
• Drive improvements in attendance, inclusion and exclusion prevention.
• Manage and develop a team of 4 Education Progress Co-ordinators.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, trusts, safeguarding leads and education providers.
• Use data, insight and evidence to shape services, evaluate impact and inform priorities.
