What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Senior Education Health Care Assistants to join our busy, demanding, and rewarding school starting in November 2025.

Under the supervision of teachers and senior staff, you will support individual students and groups in accessing outcomes outlined in their Education Health Care Plans.

You will assist pupils with their education, health, medical, physical, and general care needs according to established plans. Promoting effective communication using strategies such as Makaton, PECS, and communication aids is essential. Additionally, you will support teachers in managing pupils and classroom activities.

While experience working with children and young people is preferred, a child-centered approach is most important. We will provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
