We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Editor to lead the prestigious WatchPro brand into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and scaling luxury or B2B media titles, with a strong understanding of delivering engaging news content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. This pivotal role requires a leader with a bold editorial vision, a passion for breaking industry news, and a track record of innovation in new media.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the editorial strategy and vision for WatchPro across all platforms — digital, print, multimedia, and events — in both UK and US markets
  • Manage and edit WatchPro’s monthly print editions, adhering to tight deadlines
  • Produce engaging features, analysis, and commentary on key industry topics and company news
  • Source and write multiple daily news articles for WatchPro websites
  • Compile daily email news alerts sent to all WatchPro subscribers
  • Develop and refine WatchPro’s unique editorial voice, aligning with its luxury positioning and industry authority
  • Utilize audience analytics, SEO, and performance metrics to optimize content strategies and engagement
  • Generate new ideas for editorial and commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with Digital Editor and commercial teams to deliver compelling sponsored campaigns
  • Organize and execute annual awards programs and networking events
  • Represent WatchPro as a brand ambassador at industry events, product launches, and watch fairs worldwide
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
  • At least five years in a senior editorial or editor role
