Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to join us and ensure sales targets are being met for our online channels: OFFICE, OFFSPRING, OFFUCTS, Apps & Concessions. Managing a team, you will be responsible for online trading activity & forecasting sales across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Proposing yearly sales plan, amending forecasts where necessary to hit our business targets, including order forecasts to share with the distribution centre to assist in resource planning.
  2. Propose and deliver the online trading strategy across digital channels, developing trading solutions & opportunities to improve customer experience & increase profit/margin.
  3. Daily monitor and analyze sales, creating relevant reports to illustrate and support actions to optimize trade, proposing solutions to the wider team to boost poor sellers/optimize bestsellers to increase conversion rate.
  4. Oversee & coach a team of direct reports, including yearly objectives and performance reviews.
  5. Manage major ecommerce projects including: Personalisation roadmap, categorisation project, and any other new big incentives.
  6. Manage the content & trading calendar, ensuring all on-site content plans align with the business marketing calendar.
  7. Responsible for promotional plans, ensuring promotions and incentives are delivered and in line with stores where necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. At least 5 years online trading experience in a fast-paced digital retail environment.
  2. Experience managing a team.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills, ability to be a proactive self-starter and strong time management skills.
  4. Highly commercial with strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities.
  5. Able to make decisions based on best practice, analysis, and current trends.
  6. Experience in fashion retail and an exceptional eye for detail.
  7. Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  8. Knowledge of VM tool & HTML.
  9. Experience of working with a visual merchandising tool Attract or similar.
  10. Google Analytics experience.
  11. Content Square or Hybris experience is a bonus.
  12. Good communication skills and an excellent team player.
  13. Has a creative eye and is able to confidently propose solutions to problems.
  14. Knowledge of the product lifecycle and supply chain process is a bonus.
