Overview

We are working with a leading, high-growth D2C scale up that is at a pivotal point in its journey. With a strong UK and US footprint and ambitious revenue targets, they are seeking a dedicated Senior Ecommerce CRO Lead to unlock conversion. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire customer journey on their Shopify+ website – from shaping strategy to executing tests, you will be instrumental in turning traffic into measurable growth. You will have a direct line to the founder as well as the CMO.

This is not just a CRO role. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between product, storytelling and design—balancing a strategic mindset with attention to detail, from microcopy and layout to the brand narrative that builds trust and drives loyalty.

About the Role
  • Define and lead the CRO strategy, prioritisation model, and testing roadmap
  • Audit and optimise key entry points to remove friction and boost conversion
  • Run a continuous A/B and multivariate testing programme with speed and precision
  • Enhance merchandising UX, bundling, cross-sell and upsell flows
  • Work closely with senior leaders to bring brand storytelling to life through digital journeys
About You
  • Proven track record of owning CRO for a high-growth D2C ecommerce brand
  • Shopify expert (ideally)
  • Experience running and implementing experiments end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, heatmaps and experimentation platforms
  • Ability to adjust Shopify themes directly or brief developers effectively
  • A data-driven mindset combined with commercial and UX awareness
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, scale up DTC environment
