We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to help drive and deliver our online strategy and experience.

As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will own the online, digital experience. Ensuring products and content are delivered seamlessly to customers to help drive sales, capturing their imagination and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the online merchandising strategy for our UK and International sites
• Deliver a best-in-class digital experience, optimising the BEAUTY BAY site to deliver defined business goals
• Oversee all NPD, campaign & promotional activation onsite
• Development and execute the online search and navigational strategy, ensuring the search experience is simple, streamlined, inspiring, and enables customers to seamlessly search with minimal effort reducing bounce rate and increasing sales conversion
• Develop and implement a seamless and intuitive category structure that adds value to the shopper experience and enables the customer to effortlessly navigate the site
• Live and breathe the customer journey from search through to check-out
• Develop and implement reporting to monitor site activity, conversion, and revenue
• Identify new features & functionality
• Provide leadership and direction to the Trade team
• Oversee onsite merchandising A/B testing strategies to improve lister and site conversion
• Work closely with 3rd parties & our internal Digital function to ensure our existing merchandising solution is fully optimised
• Work collaboratively with cross functional peers in merchandising & marketing
