I am working with a leading Beauty & Wellness brand to help them hire for a Senior Ecommerce Manager. They have experienced rapid growth with an exciting digital roadmap ahead. With a newly migrated Shopify Plus platform, they are on a mission to create a world-class ecommerce experience.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment, shaping the future of their digital strategy and driving international expansion. The brand is extremely cash rich and profitable with a high end product with a very considered purchase journey.

The Role:
  • Lead the ecommerce team to optimise the customer journey and digital marketing performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue and international growth, particularly in the US market.
  • Utilise data insights to enhance digital campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless DTC experience.
  • Oversee the performance of a newly migrated Shopify Plus website, driving commercial success.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in an Ecommerce/Trading role in a luxury beauty/wellness brand.
  • Strong leadership experience in ecommerce within a scaling business.
  • Expertise in data analytics, web tools, and digital innovation.
  • Experience with DTC strategy and customer experience optimisation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
