Ecommerce Manager

Belfast | Full-time | Hybrid (1 day WFH after probation)

We''re hiring an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our online strategy and drive digital growth. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the end-to-end ecommerce strategy
• Optimise site performance, UX, and conversion rates
• Drive traffic and sales through SEO, PPC, email, and paid social
• Analyse data to uncover insights and boost performance
• Manage ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
• Lead merchandising and promotional planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies
• Support customer service during peak periods

What We''re Looking For

• 4+ years in ecommerce with a track record of growth
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Data-driven and commercially sharp
• Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Adobe Commerce
• Expertise in 3+ areas: SEO, PPC, email, content, CRO, social, influencer marketing
• Strong communicator and proactive problem solver
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with marketplaces and merchandising
• Working knowledge of Canva or other design tools
• SMS marketing or digital PR experience
• Video editing or creative production skills
