• Support markets to localise the new Category Vision.
• Own and champion eCommerce strategy with a 3-year horizon.
• Run eCommerce Community ensuring sharing of best practices.
• Enhance eCommerce capability including learning programs.
• Define omnichannel strategies and manage innovation.
