Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is working with an independent ecological consultancy based in Bristol to appoint a Senior Ecologist to join its growing team.

You will lead delivery of ecological surveys, assessments and reports across projects UK-wide, working with principal ecologists to develop your consultancy and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 bat license.
• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• Experience in consultancy or ecological survey work.
• Good understanding of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy.
• Experience undertaking habitat and protected species surveys.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CIEEM membership or working towards membership advantageous.

Your new company An independent ecological consultancy based in Bristol is looking to appoint a Senior Ecologist to join its growing team.

Your new role You will lead the delivery of ecological surveys, assessments and reports across a wide range of projects throughout the UK. Working alongside principal ecologists, you will gain exposure to varied project work while continuing to develop your technical and consultancy skills.
